Integrity, honesty, top notch customer service!

We shopped 9 dealerships and test drove 13 vehicles during the month of April, 2022. We had specific vehicle requirements to accommodate the physical needs of our family. We met with Felicia P. at Renaldo Honda in Shelby, NC. She listened carefully to our specifications and asked questions that helped us refine our vehicle search to three vehicles. After each driver completed test drives, Felicia offered printed and online resource sites for more information about the vehicles and arranged for an appointment opening on the upcoming weekend with her should we decide to purchase from Renaldo Honda. Felicia was personable, knowledgeable, listened with interest and patience as we described features we were looking for in a mid-sized SUV, and she really knew her dealership's inventory. Four days later we completed our vehicle search, returned to Renaldo Honda and purchased a 2018 Kia Sedona from them with Felicia and Dean carefully walking us through the paperwork and closing the deal. Instead of sales pressure we felt she had partnered with us to purchase an excellent quality vehicle at a good price. Overall, it was a terrific purchase experience. Thank you!

Is there a no star rating? My wife & I have been long time multiple car buyers from Renaldo Auto Group/Renaldo Honda. We will no longer be future customers due to the manner in which they treated my son this evening (8/10/21). Your "sales manager" wouldn't even get off his lazy xxx to discuss all pertinent numbers for potential cosignature. He had his little errand girl just tell us to "have a good evening" (basically showing us the door) when we asked to see the numbers we would be cosigning on. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer experience. I hope Renaldos goes out of business.

They sold the car out from under our feet. Had discussed car on Saturday late. Stated we would be back to close the deal on Monday. Got a call Monday and was told the car was sold but yet they had another car that was available....... but more expensive. So, l will not buy anything from them now or ever.
