Staff and service are consistently helpful and
Staff and service are consistently helpful and knowledgeable. Jody always helps me prioritize what I need, she is great. However, I am not happy with the new process of getting an email with the service summary. I want staff to come and explain my options. I am not happy with the new annoying AI operator, I want to speak with a human. The best part of Della is the personalized service and you are replacing it with emails and AI. Don?t even get me started with your new updated convoluted software. I would bet that I am not the only customer who feels this way. Once again, staff is wonderful, and that is what is important to your longstanding customers.

The staff as always was polite and efficient.
The staff as always was polite and efficient. The service was excellent. I recommand using the service department at Della Honda. The staff explains every aspect of their work.
