When he found the exact car in the color I wanted in Canadagua, he made sure that someone drove the car to West Herr of Lockport so that I could have the car sooner. What makes him so extra special was that he went above and beyond when he came in on his day off to make sure all the paperwork was completed so that I could take possession of the car the next day and he did this with a smile on his face.
