Dishonest crooks, lying and hiding money in fake line
Dishonest crooks, lying and hiding money in fake line items to inflate the price. We agreed on a deal and when the final paperwork arrived (after refusing to let me leave for four hours), it did not match the deal. Then, the sales manager told me "everywhere you go will do this." Specifically, Francoise tried to screw us by being shady and left in the middle of a deal. Word to the wise, if they tell you "the computer won't let us show you how the money is broken out," they're cheating you. Not to mention, while youre sitting there all day waiting for them to do their job, they spent an hour coordinating a lunch hour. Im embarrassed I dealt with them so long

Bought a used Honda Pilot 2019 from this dealership 2
Bought a used Honda Pilot 2019 from this dealership 2 weeks ago, and it was the worst decision! After driving the car for four days, several messages appeared on my dashboard regarding radar issues with the vehicle. I went to the dealership, and they could offer no solution, telling me I was out of luck and that they couldn't help me. I would have to pay $1,800 to get a new radar. A horrible place: they don't care about losing a customer. Avoid going here because Tom and Frankie would just turn their backs if something went wrong with your car.
