I had to wait an hour for the shuttle to take me 7

I had to wait an hour for the shuttle to take me 7 minutes up the road. I received a call that the recall was fixed and to pick up my car. However, when I got there, a problem that didn’t exist prior to me dropping the car off occurred and that took another 30 m-35 minutes to fix making me late getting back to work. No apologies were given either.
