Jesse went above and beyond from the time I stepped out of my vehicle to assist me. He helped to restore my faith in Metro Honda because of my last experience. He was very transparent and thoroughly explained in details to make sure I understood my options before making a final decision. As long as he is employed by Metro Honda, I will recommend a friend.

Difficult as far as I wasn't picking the car up that day
Difficult as far as I wasn't picking the car up that day after we agreed on a deal. But they kept pushing me to pay in full and I was paying cash . Then after I picked the car up from out of state where I live, two days later, I got halfway home and they called me to come back and they had missed some paperwork.i refused to turn around after I was on the road an hour already and told them to Fed Ex it to me. Instead they made the salesman drive the docs to my house the next morning. Then after two weeks they were just getting to putting in my title and registration info with NY DMV and they had more confusion
