Lacking in transparency, the negotiation process took way

Lacking in transparency, the negotiation process took way too long (over 3 hours while the salesperson kept checking with their supervisor). The follow up for title paperwork and receipt for valid registration fees was completely non-existent. I could not get one straight answer from management, and everyone was quick to pawn me off to another person when I showed up in person to the dealership. The general manager, Amir, said he would email me the paperwork I requested and I still have not received it. I would not recommend the dealership for those reasons.
