Had been talking to Justin about a car for my wife.
Had been talking to Justin about a car for my wife. In theory agreed to price. Its an hour and half away so I said I had to clear my schedule and get the money together. I said inwould come in Friday or Monday to close the deal. Saturday I let him know I cleared my day to come in. Monday comes I check in so I can come buy the car and crickets. I then reach out on the website via chat only to get the run around. Waste more of my time. Finally I call in and talk to Rose who tells me car was sold and thats the end of it. Poor customer service all around and lacknof concern for my time and business.

THEY WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE! We went in to test drive a car. That same day we drove another brand and decided to go with the other brand. Every time someone followed up I told them we are not buying a Honda and to please take us off their list to follow up. That was three weeks ago and I just got another call and email today. I appreciate and respect that their business relies on following up. That is their job; however, their job is also to respect people's response to that follow up, especially when it is 'no thank you.' BTW - I have had the same experience with Paul Miller Subaru. So, if you have a choice of where to shop and do not want to be contacted for weeks afterward, I would avoid any Paul Miller dealership.
