I have a 2025 honda crv hybrid sport that I bought from
I have a 2025 honda crv hybrid sport that I bought from turnersville. I have problems with my wheels wearing very badly and cupping making a thumping noise while driving. I found a service bulletin TSB-20-081. This bulletin changes the rear toe specifications for earlier models and I also found documentation that it could happen to a 2025. I have 24000 miles and I need new tires . Honda refused to recognize this issue and told me to just put new tires on the car. I had the wheels aligned at a private garage and the readings showed all wheels were out of alignment. I had the alignment to match the service bulletin and bought new tires. The total cost was 1200.00. I suggest never buy a car from them and never take your car in for service

I purchased a certified preowned Odyssey, specifically
I purchased a certified preowned Odyssey, specifically for the benefits of a warranty. I moved out of state, and the new battery died within the warranty period. I called (took 3 days to get someone to actually call me back), and the dealership refused to honor their warranty unless I drove multiple hours so they could test the old battery that didn't work, which I replaced (as if I decided to purchase a $200 battery to try to obtain the warranty reimbursement that was only worth half the purchase price of the new one, which would make no sense). I don't see how someone could trust this dealership.
