I have purchased multiple vehicles from Grappone Honda
I have purchased multiple vehicles from Grappone Honda over the past decade, and until recently, I regarded them as a trustworthy organisation. That confidence has now evaporated. My recent encounter with service advisor Andre Lavasseur was appalling. He recommended several unnecessary, high-priced services without a single visual inspection, preying upon the assumption that the customer would not know any better. This behaviour was particularly disgraceful when directed at women, who were subjected to inflated and unwarranted recommendations. It became even worse when he removed a perfectly good reusable air filter—installed by the customer—and replaced it with a badly overpriced paper filter, charging an extortionate fee for mere seconds of labour. When questioned about the missing reusable component, he fabricated a tale about repeated attempts to contact us. A complete lie. This dealership has lost its moral compass. Whether due to a change in leadership or a shift in culture, the result is the same: dishonesty, discourtesy, and profiteering. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for service.
