Awful!!

Freakin horrible. Had a 5:15 appt (they close at 6) drove from Reno to Carson city to show up to closed and locked doors! Apparently their internet went down and they just closed. Nobody told me, nobody did anything. On top of that, they made the appt without checking and seeing if the car was available which is was NOT because it had been sold!! I will never buy a car from them and I’ll never have family or friends buy from them either.

Buying process took longer than anticipated but the end result was worth it. Raffy handed me over to Rebecca and I was very pleased with her service.
