Nice sales people...but so much else wrong.
Was promised nothing wrong with the 2004 Ford Taurus I paid cash for.It does start and run but the theft light won't stop flashing.Ive tried resetting it from items online and it won't reset.Which could mean a serious elec problem. OTHER CONS.....way overpriced on most vehicles....proof? Compare to Kelly Blue Book.Also no warranty on my car.

Do not stand behind vehicles that have major malfunctions like transmission and engine failure, both on one vehicle. Lots of compliments on sales team. How are the compliments holding out on the service end? Or on the resolution of problems? Everybody knows in business there are problems and dissatisfied customers. That's REALITY. How are those things handled? Where are the reviews in handling customer dissatisfaction? Do they have to, by law, stand behind a used vehicle they sold that has major problems like a transmission AND an engine? No probably not. Should they? Yes, probably. Why? Let me count the reasons. #1 Reputation. #2 Future business. #3 Customer satisfaction. If I ship bread and the carrier doesn't transport the package in a timely manner do I have to re-ship fresh bread? No. I am not liable for the carrier's error. Do I re-ship fresh bread? Yes. Why? #1 Reputation. #2 Future business. #3 Customer satisfaction. Does it cost me money? Absolutely. It's all about how you value your customers and your business.
