Kami answered questions regarding various 2021 CRV EX models very patiently, and explained differences among them. She let me know when the car I thought I wanted, would be in. My husband and I drove over an hour to look at the car and it was exactly what she told me it would be. She went over all the features with me and answered all questions I had. I have a 2014 CRV I have really liked, wanted an updated model with a lot less miles on it. No pressure to buy any car, or one that I didn't have an interest in. The only drawback to the whole buying process was that it took 4 hours, which was much longer than we expected. We picked up our car a couple of days later (our choice) to get the interior and exterior sprayed with protective coating. Car was extremely clean when we picked it up. She again answered all questions I had, and off we went. I bought my last CRV there, which is why I went back. I can't say enough about the way I was treated by all staff. I know their service department is incredible as they have serviced my previous car with excellence. I would sure go again if I need a new vehicle, but hopefully that won't be for YEARS!
Unpleasant Purchasing Process

The dealership repeatedly contradicted itself and provided misleading or incorrect information about the vehicle and the purchasing process. It insisted on selling a new vehicle "as is". It was intransigent and mostly uncompromising with regard to its contract forms, content and terms, many of which were irrelevant to the particular transaction at hand. The dealer's contract documents required the purchaser to forfeit all reasonable consumer remedies.
During the protracted "Closing" questions about contract documents were met with hostility, were ignored or received ambiguous or uninformed answers, possibly because the dealer's repesentatives appeared unschooled.
Dealer goods and/or services added to the vehicle were not documented or adequately explained.
The purchase from this particular dealer was concluded only due to limited availability for the product required and because means were found to avoid the unconscionable "as is" disclaimer.
I only wish I could have bought more than 1 car!

I know it sounds silly, but when I drove my car off the lot I felt a little sad. Sad that I didn't get to see my salesman or my financer or my service guy until the next visit. Jace, my salesman, went the extra mile across the board to make sure that I had the best car for me - talking me through my questions and thoughts and giving me time and patience to make a really great decision. I really DID buy the right car. The process of dealing with the financial team was easy and quick. The service department was friendly and warm and spend all kinds of time with me to make sure I was good to go. I'm actually looking forward to my first oil change! When I stopped in to have a question answered they were quick to respond and I felt very welcome. Like I said -- I only wish I had to buy another car soon -- but til then I have been referring all of my friends and family to Jace and to Eisinger's!
