I had my 2019 Fit in for routine service on NOv. 22, 2025. I want to commend Sarah Touchstone who scheduled me, Jake who was my service rep that day and the technician who worked on my car. Sarah is always a pleasure to deal with! It was a pleasure meeting Jake and God bless the technician who realized that my brake fluid and transmission fluid needed replacing. They had never been replaced and didn't show up in the "wrench" code. Apparently I don't put on enough miles to have the code reflect that those services were needed.. I've never had anything but good service at Hopkins Honda, and I'm so grateful!! Thank you! Lynn Rivers
