I can in later in the day with a concern about my car. They took it in right away, found the problem & fixed it. I forgot about the extra warranty we purchased. But the service lady looked it up & I had no charges. It was great. I always bring my car to Betten for this reason. The people are always so friendly. Thank you for the great service & for making me feel like a valued customer.
