My daughter paid cash (7 years of savings) for a 2021
My daughter paid cash (7 years of savings) for a 2021 Honda Civic EX. Delivery would be delayed for a month due to a back-ordered part. This was unacceptable for several reasons, including the fact that she was already paying insurance on this vehicle. I spoke with a sales manager, Karl Stuef, and calmly explained the situation. He called back within an hour and said he resolved the issue by taking the part from another vehicle on their lot. That is good customer service! The only negative was the poor detailing done on this vehicle. I don't expect a preowned vehicle to be perfect, but cleaning up sticky spills and dirty upholstery is pretty basic when detailing a vehicle for sale.

I had to take my Honda CRV in for Recall work.
I had to take my Honda CRV in for Recall work. I explained I only had one car and had to wait for the man to see what was needed. I was out and fixed in less than two hours. Great Service and they cared what I had going on.
