They are in the middle of remodeling and all sales area
They are in the middle of remodeling and all sales area was in a hallway. Sales associate was extremely personable and helpful throughout the process. We decided what we wanted within the first hour and then the financing piece seemed slow over the next 2 hours. The quote included $1500 lifetime oil changes and $5700 extended warranty that we declined and asked for them to remove before signing. Even though we had already declined these options, the finance manager went through several options for extended warranty during the final document signing. We politely declined again, and the finance manager tried to ask questions to understand why. After declining again, we were asked in a seemingly irritated tone, if there was anything he could say to make us reconsider. When we said no, he audibly let out a sigh of irritation. When we left that night, the only thing we were given was one car key and a receipt for our down payment. No packet of documentation or temporary registration. The next day I drove back to drop off lien release for our trade in and asked about the paperwork. The finance manager said he would email it and did. The next day, we noticed the windshield wiper fluid light was on, filled it with a gallon and noticed it started profusely dripping all over the ground. I emailed twice with no response before finally getting our sales associate to respond to bring it in, where they resolved it at no charge. After taking a second look at the amount we were financing, I believe it did not match the quote we signed. The dealership fees were almost $3000 more than the listed price. When we asked for a copy of the signed quote, we were told by the finance manager that it was not something they kept after the sale. I have tried contacting their customer service by text and email (which appears to be an AI agent) and each attempt has been responded to by the finance manager, who we have not had a good exeprience with. It was our responsibility and we should have been more thorough during the process. However, due to the lack of customer service from the specific finance manager, we would not recommend this dealership.

My entire transaction was handled remotely. The experience was very efficient and seamless. One of my best dealership experiences to date. My previous experiences include several purchases from German luxury brands. Kutub was very easy and comfortable to work with. He was very efficient, friendly, and accommodating. He was also highly responsive, making me feel like I was the only person he was working with. When I finished my transaction, I was calling all of my friends to talk about how positive my experience was.
