I recently took my Honda Odysee in to the "Express
I recently took my Honda Odysee in to the "Express Service" for an oil change and tire rotation. I have used this service in the past with a 1 hour wait at the most. This time it took 2 hrs. If they call it "Express" then it should be! 2 hrs is not "express." I guess you now need to make an appointment to use the "Express Service." It used to be a drive up service.

We do apologize for the recent experience you had with our Express Team. Our customers' time is just as important as the safety of their vehicle when it is returned to you. While we do encourage customers to schedule their services for the guarantee of 45 minutes or less, we also have walk in availability. Unfortunately, there were some unplanned circumstances that led to long wait times for the Express Service, thankfully this is not the norm as I am sure you have experienced with previous visits.
