Dont go here, save yourself a headache

stay away from this place. went in and left a deposit on a saturday for a used car. price of the car went from $10,500 to over $13k after taxes and fees. i called them the following monday and told them i had changed my mind and didnt want to purchase the car because i was going to buy something new for $15K. Salesman asked if he could quote me a price for a new Civic, i said yes, but also told him there was no way he could put me in a civic for that amount. he called me back shortly and told me that with the deposit and their agreement to paint part of the roof that i had bought the car and their expectation was just that. I told him no, i was not buying the car and he started yelling at me. i ended up hanging up on him and called my credit card company to get my deposit back. after over a week they never responded to the CC company regarding my dispute and i was refunded my deposit. the salesman could have taken the high road and i may have purchased a car there in the future, but this is what they get now, my negative press and promise that should anyone ever tell me they are thinking of buying a car there i will strongly caution them against that.

I bought a 2015 Ford escape two weeks ago. It was far over my budget after they added in all their hidden fees and added prices. It took hours to finally get them down to the price that was literally painted onto the car. Once i finally got to take my car home, i got home and realized i had a headlight out. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership and have them replace it. (not sure how they missed that detail). A week later, i was noticing that my car shifted really funny. I wasnt sure if it was the make of the car or what. I brought it in to be looked at. Two days later, i get a call saying i need a whole new transmission. I dont understand how this dealership sold me a 15,000 dollar car with no headlight and A BAD TRANSMISSION. so unhappy with this experience. And to top it off, they didnt offer me a rental (even tho they say to fix it ill take over a week) and they tried giving me a used transmission. no thanks.

Just recently purchased a used vehicle here and I can not say enough great things about my experience. My wife and I worked with Jason and he was tremendous. Usually, the car buying expensive is painful but I was quite impressed with Silko. They really provided great customer service and made us feel like valued customers. These are hard qualities to find in a car dealership. Can not recommend to check them out enough to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. This is my go to when I need a vehicle which is not very often but also for service.
