Honda of Plymouth

I am so happy to write this review after my recent experience with my local Honda Dealership in Hyannis, Ma. I had to choose the next closest dealer that treated us like we were part of their family immediately. I made one phone call to the Amazing Management Team at Tufanjian Honda of Plymouth and was given the most amazing sales experience of my life. I was a Service Manager for the local dealer for 18 years and thought I was family, well misplaced loyalty was the lesson I learned. What I also learned is that my previous opinion of Honda of Plymouth was so incorrect. Contempt Prior to Investigation has caused me immense grief in the past. I learned that true Compassion, Humility, Rigorous Honesty exists still in the Automotive New Car Dealer Industry. Incredible Integrity was shown by all in this completely transparent sales process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thank You Mike b. all the Chris's and MIke's we met along the long journey "Overseas" to find my Son's Dream Car. I was told within seconds of my first phone call that "We Make Dreams Com True" Truly showed me what that meant by taking care of the location of 2025 Civic Hybrid Sport Touring Meteorite Gray/Black Leather...No dings, scratches or issues upon inspection prior to an incredible road-test track Lee brought us on. About a month or 2 ago I had came in contact with one of the sales representatives Kayla cadogan while she was on break she harassed me and my boyfriend spit on my car window she was also jumping in front and in the back of my car while I was trying to leave and assaulted my boyfriend and her reason behind it was apparently because I don’t know how to drive which I am a new driver but I don’t understand why someone would do all that over me fixing my parking. I called to tell the manager and nothing was done about it and she still works there like it never happened.

I worked with Lee Hickey and he was great. Very chill, calm, helpful and zero pressure. I felt like the process of buying with him was informative rather than full of pressure and tricks. I was worried about how to pickup the car after I bought and he offered to drive it to me. Really decent dealership and great experience overall.
