Bait and switch

I visited on 11/19 to see a car MSRP 30k. I was told the price was 5 k more. Bait and switch. High pressure salespeople

Poor poor service / Employees lost in Sauce

I drive into the bay at 10:28. There are at least 4 service people in the reception bay. I drive in and my car is the only in in the bay. I see 4 people disperse as soon as they see my car. I get out of the car and stand beside the desk where the rep who opened the garage door is. He tells me someone is in front of me so I go to the next person as two others have gone to the desks . She tells me to get back in my car and wait for a valet. I wait a few minutes and then the original guy shows up and tells me to wait for a valet and asks why I did not receive a “ticket”. Nope you should have the answer to that dude. I tell him I am about to write a review of the crap service I am receiving but I won’t use his name. Then he suddenly says he can be the valet and throws a ticket on my dash and starts to deliver some form of service. This place used to be better than the atrocious Honda Danvers service but going downhill fast. Really I paid for a key 150 sometime in July. It’s November and they need another 75 to have it “fitted”. Oh please. And why does this company glue their key fobs together? Just another way to get another chunk of change from the customer.
