I worked with Mike Desrosier to purchase a 2021 CRV. As someone who has always leased, I walked into Honda North without a great idea of how to go about purchasing a car. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted either. From the start, Mike was transparent about the pros and cons of buying new vs. pre-owned. He offered me both the best case scenario and worst case scenario for all of my options, and patiently answered my questions for HOURS. He helped me get a deal that I feel totally comfortable with, and didn't made me feel as though I was being swindled or rushed through the process. I ended up getting a brand new car with all of the features I wanted for a price I am happy with. If you walk into Honda North, ask for Mike!

Bad experience purchasing used Honda

Test drove a Honda Pilot on Monday came up to buy it on Tuesday. Honda North dropped the advertised price by $500 between Monday and Tuesday and charged the prior price. I've been taken for $500. Thank you Honda North!

I purchased a 2106 Honda Civic and couldn't be more pleased with the service and sales department of Honda North. Dave Clifford was courteous, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining the new features of my Honda. I love the technology package, the navigation system and the blue tooth features of my car. He was very patient and kind showing me features that i had not previously had on prior cars. I would highly recommend Honda North and in particular, Dave Clifford, if considering a new or used Honda.
