If you’re looking to buy a vehicle, ask for Chris Driggins! As a woman and first time solo buyer, the car buying process can be very stressing. However, Chris made it great. I communicated with over 10 dealerships before I was ready to buy. Chris was fully transparent on costs and the process, ended up offering the best pricing, was patient with my many requests, and offered the best customer service by far. He was communicative and supportive without being pushy. I ended up driving an hour just to give him my business. I love my vehicle and will definitely recommend him to all of my family and friends!!!

Heritage Honda is the only auto shop I have used from October 2024 - October 2025. Within this time span, I have made them aware of issues with my 2016 Honda Pilot only to have those issues left unaddressed or disregarded. As a result, my car broke down, and it was ostensibly regarding the high-pressure fuel pump. Once Heritage ran a diagnostic, I was told that my timing belt was "installed improperly". However, the Honda Heritage Service Center is the only shop that has been near my engine. Also, after a saga of paying for repairs and more subsequent breakdowns, I was informed by AAA in Timonium, MD that my car was returning a code that was under warranty. I was then told by Honda that this WAS NOT the case. I was obligated to get my timing belt worked on in order to drive my car without damaging the engine. I was still skeptical of the timing belt claim, however. On a phone call with a Honda representative, I was told that I could have my timing belt worked on for $1400, a price that was classified as "a deal". I took my car back to Heritage for them to work on the Honda, only to be charged $1900. When I questioned the price, I was told that there were no phone calls on the recorded files that explicitly addressed pricing. I arrived at Heritage Honda to listen to those recordings only to find out that they had a log of EVERY call I made to Honda that month.... except for the call on Tuesday November 25 at 3:20pm; the call right before making my reservation. It was the call where I was told the price it would cost. These circumstances contribute to the reasons big dealerships aren't trusted, and this branch should be held accountable. The manager, Nick McBee was very helpful and agreed to lower the price from $1900 to 1650. I don't write this to slander him or anyone working that day. However, it is unacceptable for such an occurrence to take place.
