Professional and Caring!

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! His manager, Roman was so compassionate and took the time to speak with me about what all of the fees meant and what we could do to get a monthly payment that I was comfortable with. He sat down with me, human to human, and connected with me on a personal level while trying to get me into the car of my dreams. Thank you Roman!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He was so incredibly patient with me while I asked a million questions and he took his time clearly explaining everything in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. It felt like it wasn’t just my business that mattered but that me as a person with a life outside of that dealership, I mattered to them. My happiness and well-being mattered to them. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. I cannot speak more highly of them! When it’s time for a new car I know who I will call. I am a customer for life now!!

Bait & Switch is the tactic used at this dealership. I had used Carfax to find a few different used cars and setup the appt. The sales rep did not take the time to understand my needs and immediately tried to up sell me to a new car. As we discussed the actual used car I wanted, she explained their "service fee". The service fee is basically their costs to get the vehicle ready to sell (cleaned, tires, oil change, etc). Every other dealer includes this in the full cost. This one tries to be sneaky and hide it. They give not only car salespeople but all salespeople a bad name.

Deceptive! They will add $2800 in fees to used car

DO NOT USE THEM. Organized Deception! They will add $2800.00 un so called service fees on used cars. I went to three other dealerships nearby and they never heard of such a thing. Nice people though but bad practices. I would avoid them and read all reviews before you decide to visit them. Reviews are truthful. They list used cars for one price to get you through the door then add 2800-3000 to the price. It would be like buying a TV from Walmart for 200, get to the register and they tell you that they added 200.00 more in fees. People are very nice but practices are deceptive.
