I recently worked with Sean Nazemian from Criswell Honda in Germantown, MD to purchase a used Telluride. It was my first time buying a car by myself. Sean's humility and patience really set him apart from all of the other dealers that I contacted. From the first contact, Sean was polite and respectful on the phone and on email. He was flexible with my hectic schedule and was only a phone call away to field my (numerous) questions. Sean was not pushy at all, but rather it felt like he was genuinely on my side when it came to getting the vehicle to the price I needed. The trade in value for my current car was fair and worked for my budget. Additionally, Sean walked me through what I would need to do after the sale (when to get insurance, picking up tags, etc), which was helpful for this first timer! Viktor from the financing department was also a gem. I thought he did a good job explaining the benefits of getting a warranty without pushing or insisting. He was a great source of advice and very personable while completing the paperwork for the purchase. Overall I would like to thank Criswell Honda for making my first car buying experience an excellent one. Every single person I worked with was efficient and courteous. It really makes a difference when you feel like the salesman is on your team. I'll definitely be recommending Sean to my friends and family looking for a new ride!
