I brought my 2019 CRV in for a Saturday appointment for a fuel pump safety recall repair and oil change. Filled my tank after leaving the shop to find that the fuel gage would only register a half tank of gas. Was nonchalantly told to bring it back in on Monday, here I sit for over 3.5 hours of my workday, so far, waiting for their repair to be repaired. Also I’ve owned this vehicle for almost 6 years and my low tire pressure sensor came on for the first time ever after leaving the shop the first time. Won’t come back to this shop. Edit: In the end, they replaced the replacement fuel pump again, but not until after basically accusing me of not having actually filled the tank previously. Careless repairs, and I left the shop with the interior of my car reeking of gasoline fumes that will not go away even hours later. The service manager says they can spray something inside my car for the smell, lol. Funnily enough, he is a major gaslighter when talking with him. I cannot recommend this service shop. I use my vehicle for work and lost a full day of work after purposefully scheduling the repair on a Saturday. Further edit: Day 2 of the interior of my vehicle smelling like a gas pump. Another day of me not being able to do my job due to an inept service dept that decided on their own to do a repair with an over-filled tank of gas instead of the almost empty tank that I brought my vehicle to the shop with, as they had requested. And they don’t care, at all. If you want to deal with a service team that won’t listen to what you tell them, this is the place to go.
