I was totally ignored.

I had service appointment today 10:15. One of service guy approach me and tell me wait in lobby area inside and take your key. Usually they check me in while i am waiting inside of car. I was a kind of confused by why i am told to take a key ,turn off the car and wait in lobby area inside. But i thought that it is always best to follow their direction. I was waiting 45 mints lobby area for check in but no one had interest to come and check me in. And i saw many customer after me and getting check in. So i went outside and talk one of services representative. Why no one check me in?? He said that you should stay in car for check in. I was speechless.. this really made me upset. Your guy told me wait in lobby area.. i just folllow his direction. I have been customer for you many years since i bought brand new car from your dealer. And the guy said if you were customer of our dealer you should know what to do!! And he pass the key to another services representative. I am not check in this guy. You do it.OMG... i just can’t believe what i am experiencing from their service department. I don’t recommend this service department at all!!

Every interaction I have or have had with this dealer has been completely satisfactory. From the trade-in value for my previous car to the LOF service I received yesterday, I have been impressed with the care, courtesy, and competence of all personnel. Especially helpful is the notice always supplied about problems to watch out for—tires that are getting thin, prompt replacement of recalled parts, for instance—without pressure to make any changes. My service coordinator explains everything done and advises me about anything needing to be done. This is the best automotive-related experience I have ever had.

I was looking for an aegean blue civic coupe and the closest dealer was Anderson Honda, which is 225 miles away. I called and they did have the car in stock. Jeff Beck was my salesman and he was very helpful. Dustin in finance went out of his way to get me a a great rate. Only negative comment I have is they made minimal effort in helping find someone to transport the car to me, otherwise it was a smooth transaction.
