Bad service.
Bad service. We are in the market to buy a car. Found one that met our needs and requested to go see it. When we arrived we were told the car wasn’t available to test drive yet because the inspection wasn’t ready, it would probably be available by the end of the week - not an issue. We asked to be notified as soon as it was available and they said yes. We reached out at the end of the week when we didn’t hear back but nobody picked up. We left a message that was never returned. The following day I texted the sales guy who told me he was on his way to the dealership and would let me know. I never heard back. When we stopped in we were told that that sales guy wasn’t working that day and the car was sold. Not sure why he said he was on his way to the dealership if not true. We were ready to buy the car in cash and instead it felt like we were chasing them, only to never hear from them again. Honestly super disappointed with the communication from this dealership. Wouldn’t have been as upset if instead of giving me the runaround they just told me the car sold fast.

Every long-time Baltimore resident knew of "Bill Mortimer's Anderson Olds" at Howard and 25th Street it was a Baltimore staple like National Bohemian Beer and the Baltimore Colts. Natty Boh may be brewed in North Carolina and the Colts now play in Indianapolis but Anderson Automotive is still right here in Baltimore where it should be!
