They completely took advantage of us. The paperwork was full of hidden and inflated fees, and once the sale was done, they disappeared — no calls, no follow-up, nothing. I truly regret trusting this dealership.

I was working with Christopher who was working a price with me over text messaging on a 2023 Honda CR-V. Once we agreed on a price I headed to the dealership to test drive and possibly buy the car. In the agreement sent to me the mileage was listed at 2650 and the car had over 8000 and a very noticeable dent in the back lift gate. I explained I didn’t want to purchase a car with a dent in it. They brought out the used car manager and the general manager who finally agreed to fix the dent and stated they would pay for a rental while it was in the shop. I stated I wanted this agreement in writing. They brought me a contract to sign stating they would fix it with no new parts just labor. The fine print on the bottom state the work order was only good for 30 days. I was at the dealership on 10/28/24. They had dated the form 9/28/24 exactly 30 days prior. When I requested the agreement be rewritten the manager just said oh my initial is good enough. He refused to rewrite it. It was at this time I knew they never had any intention of fixing this vehicle and were hoping I wouldn’t have noticed the date on the form. They also tried to tell me the 2 owner CarFax was the dealership being the second owner. I wasn’t born yesterday. Shady AF dealership. Stay away.

I tried to purchase a vehicle here and they came up with excuses on why they did not want to get it inspected. I was told the vehicle was getting serviced and then later it turned out they never even checked the condition of it. If I wanted the vehicle inspected I would have to pay out of pocket or the price would be considerably higher. Nothing but excuses, then the manager told me that he did not care about me trying to purchase the vehicle. They did the inspection yesterday 07/11 and it failed. Then they told me in order to get an inspection done the vehicle must fail in MD. To call the State Police and verify this information because they were telling me the truth. I called just to verify and a Maryland State Trooper told me that was incorrect. He then went on to say that he did not know what kind of shady place I was trying to buy it from however a vehicle can get an Inspection done without it first failing. When I relayed that information to the sales person and manager they became upset and told me no deal. I cannot stress it enough look at other places first before you waste your time.
