Honda of Annapolis

Five years ago we bought a car from you folks. In October I walked in and asked if my salesperson of five years ago was still employed. The sales manager said he was off that day however another sales person would help me. We looked at the inventory, came back in and the sales manager in my opinion started to badger me about price etc. Left the sales person standing there. Finally had enough and left. Came back a week later and our original sales person was there. Told him flat out we, as my wife was there, didn't want to deal with the sales manager. MARCUS took care of us and we bought a new car. We came back a couple of days later as MARCUS said he would explain the various settings. Talk about customer service! Because of MARCUS a five star review! Financing through Honda at the dealership is another story.

Asked the sales person to send me a worksheet with an OTD price (to include all fees required and optional). They told me to get that from other dealers, then bring it to them and they'll beat it. Right..... Took my leased vehicle there for maintenance and was not impressed with their garage or customer "lounge" area.

Worst dealership ever! I wanted to give it zero stars. I checked in at 8:30 AM for a service appointment. At 5 PM I still had not heard anything about my car. When I called in they had to call me back because they “had to find my car”! They never even looked at it and never let me know! I came to pick up my car the next day and had to wait 20 more minutes because another car was parked too close to me and they “couldn’t find the keys”! Glory be! Avoid this place!
