Dishonest Dealership
Signed an agreement to purchase a 2022 Honda Insight and put down $1000 on June 2, 2022. When the vehicle arrived over a month later it was exactly what we thought we had ordered. When we sat down with the business office we noticed that they were charging us $1,800 more than what was agreed to in June. They came back and said the quote that were signed had the VIN number of a Civic on it even thought the paper had 2022 Insight EX Crimson Red on it. They told us we could pay the $1800 for the Insight or order a Civic for the price we were quoted. Both options favored the dealership and they did not honor the agreement. We requested our deposit back and will never spend a time with Ryan Auto Group in Monroe ever again. Beware of this bait and switch scam that they are trying to pull.

The service department has always gone above and beyond to make sure that all of my necessary stuff has been taken care of for me. They even found discounts to lower the price of the maintenance. Mike in the Service Dept is the best. He makes me feel like I am truly being taken care of...
