2012 Honda Civic was towed in for a starter issue.
2012 Honda Civic was towed in for a starter issue. Was told to pick it up on the 30th just to be told that the car runs like crap and that I couldn't take it home. Then a few days later I received a phone call from Honda saying that the motor was bad and that it needed a $2000+ engine for replacement. After hearing this we knew that they were lying so we commanded them to give the car back just for the tow truck guy to tell us that the parts of the car were laying beside the car for the initial pickup from the dealership. Taking it to a more local mechanic shop we were told that all the car needed was a starter replacement and it should be running good and that the motor was fine. Now we are held off longer because this local mechanic has to put the car back together! Awful service, terrible attitude and intention. 0/10 would never recommend taking anything to this dealership!!

Excellent service. Always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this dealership. Jason Sims is so very accommodating. He leads a wonderful team with wonderful attitudes. A five star rating is not enough for Holmes Honda Bossier.
