On August 26, 2020, I referred my Honda CRV 2005 for a very little oil leakage to the louisville honda world dealer(only one or two drops on the ground). They inspected and found two spots related for leakage (valve cover gasket and power steering wheel hose)and charged me for about $530. Next day my car still had oil leakage even more and worse. Therefore, I returned my car back and this time they found another spot related to the oil pressure switch on the top of solenoid valve. Thus, they replaced and charged me again about $135.
I strongly believe that leakage was related only to the solenoid valve gasket area and just sprinkled around the engine and hoses that had been found as two leakage spot because there wasn’t any change on power steering fluid reservoir level.
I am completely unsatisfied with this service because they charged me unnecessarily and my experience was truly exceptional but on the negative side.
No one will take better care of you and your car!

I drive 45 minutes to use this particular Honda facility; there's one closer to us but it lacks the personal touch and attentiveness to details that I prefer. When I arrived without an appointment, Kathy made sure to discuss timing, cost and helped me find a quiet place to work while my care was serviced.

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Honda World. The salesperson I worked with, Steve Bell, knows his inventory and the products he’s selling and quickly helped me determine the perfect car for my needs. I was a bit suspicious of the no-haggle pricing (the price is the price – that’s that), but after doing a little research, I discovered that the price the dealership was offering was extremely fair for the model I was interested in. I didn’t get dealership financing, so I can’t speak to that aspect of the car buying experience, but the other members of the team I met seem to be of the same high caliber as Steve. I hope he stays in the business for years to come because I don’t ever want to buy a car again without his assistance. Seriously, he’s that good – or at least was for me. I never feel that way, ever, about salespeople.
