Jeff Wyler’s was a great place. The people were very friendly. Chad my sales representative. I had been on line with him he knew what car I was looking at. I couldn’t ask for a better person to help me. Loved this experience. Will be going back to have my car serviced there. Thanks a lot Chad!

I am pleased with the work that has been done on my car. I didn't have to wait very long for my car to be finished. I have been coming for service to this facility since I bought my first Honda in 2003 and they have always done good work.

I purchased my 2025 Accord Hybrid here less than a year

I purchased my 2025 Accord Hybrid here less than a year ago. It has developed the widely known 'Sticky Steering' safety defect (a known issue on millions of recent Hondas). Because I am 1,500 miles past the 36,000-mile warranty, the service department refused to even look at the safety concern without charging me a $200 diagnostic fee upfront. I asked them to contact Honda Corporate for a 'Goodwill Repair'—standard procedure when a loyal customer is barely out of warranty on a safety item. They refused to make the call. They prioritized a $200 fee over the safety of my family and the steering integrity of a 1-year-old car. If you buy a car here, know that the moment your warranty expires by a single mile, they will not help you, even if the car is unsafe. Service flexibility is zero. I will be taking my future business and maintenance elsewhere.
