Took my car here for collision repair. The repair was unsatisfactory and the owner was very rude and refused to make it right. They even broke a part that had not been damaged refused to fix it . Take your business elsewhere.

Thank you to a 5 Star Sales Rep, Michael Basham! Can't say enough good things, as a matter of a fact, if you are shopping for a Honda, go to Hardin County Honda and ask for Michael Basham or I can give you his number...You see by the title it was my first new car and we were really only shopping around comparing lots, but the thing that put HCH at the top was Michael. He was helpful and understood exactly what I wanted and did not pressure us at all...he found us a car quickly and it not only had my specifications, but so much more! I could not be happier!
