I came in for an oil change and tire rotation which meant
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation which meant I was without a car for 3 hours. After arriving home, my husband discovered that the tires had NOT been rotated (we had scarred one of the rims and it was still on the same tire. I had to then take the car back to Honda and have the tires actually rotated. Also discovered that our tires were not being rotated on a regular basis so now we have uneven wear. Was also told that I would receive an email of what was completed the first day - never received.
