The sales and service department are amazing.
The sales and service department are amazing. The finance department is a mess. I traded in a lease and leased a new vehicle. It took almost 30 days for the financial to pay off my trade in resulting in me receiving daily phone calls from Honda Financial. Paperwork was also not sent to the BMV as promised. I will go to a Honda dealer in Indy for my next Honda.

I had a mixed experience with Rohrman Honda.
I had a mixed experience with Rohrman Honda. Good Pricing was upfront. They did not try to add on any fees. I appreciated that the salesman didn't waste my time during negotiations. Cons After agreeing to purchase, it took almost 3 hours to get out the door. I didn't finance the car, so this process should have been much quicker. The car was supposed to be cleaned and topped with fluids, but it was not. I also found damage to the door that was hidden because the car was dirty when I looked at it. I brought this up after the fact, but they refused to do anything to help. Overall, if you buy here, make sure to look the vehicle over in detail and have it washed first.
