Honda Civic 2022

Buying a new car right now is very tough with the supply chain issues. I was working with a sales guy and he kept making mistake after mistake in what should be a pretty straightforward process. I did not want to change the sales guy because I didn't want this guy to lose his commission but then he ordered the wrong color for the car. I completely lost it when this happened because we had waited a long to get the car and now we didn't even get the color we wanted. I went and spoke to his manager Jeremy Merriweather and told him the full story. He really went above and beyond to make it right for us. I have bought two cars from this dealership and have had a good experience but this time if it wasn't for Jeremy I would have not considered Pensky ever again for buying a car and would have also shared my bad experience with friends and family. Jeremy is doing a great job at Penske and I really appreciate the efforts he took for us.

New car experience

We had a very positive experience. I had a 20 year old car and they were very patient explaining how to drive the 2022 CRV-EXL. We travelled from Fort Wayne, and even though the car had to be ordered and built, it was quick and well worth driving to Penske twice. Will definitely recommend to others.
