I recently bought at vehicle at Penske.
I recently bought at vehicle at Penske. It was a very positive experience overall with the sales team allowing me to explore the different models and there was no pressure. They are an extremely busy bunch but I was impressed at how quickly they had someone engage with me and follow through entire process. I did visit multiple times and they were very profressional ensuring everything was timely. I'd highly recommend penske for anyone looking to buy one.

We bought our used Honda online.
We bought our used Honda online. Paid in full. Our salesman is (I use โisโ and not โwasโ because we are still waiting on our Honda to be delivered.) super nice. He always takes our calls and has helped with everything, including a great sales price, working on getting it delivered, and checking with the office for a delivery date every time we call. Our research shows we received a very good price for it. I would have preferred to do the review after we received the vehicle but I was notified that after 2 weeks of waiting the automated system was going to close the link. So the only thig that kept this from being a 5 star review is this crazy long delivery wait time. This is the only time I have bought a car online, so I donโt have anything to compare it to. But surely it could be done quicker.
