Bought a 2011 Honda Element with 4WD. I spotted the internet listing and immediately contacted the dealership. After reviewing the CARFAX report, I made a quick decision to buy the vehicle for the full asking price and paid a large deposit by credit card. I was comfortable buying the car without seeing it or driving it since the seller was a Honda dealership- I knew the car would be inspected and serviced by the dealership before it was put on the market.

Looking at used vehicle. Went to dealership looked at vehicle while they looked at my trade-in. Said I would get back with him. The next day emailed Rob with questions and he sent me the details. He got with his manager and sent me all the details of the sale. The next day sent reply saying I wanted to move forward with deal. salesmen (Rob Agee). Salesman was off that day. He call the next morning. I asked about warranty and he said he would check and call me back. He called and left a voicemail saying someone from another dealership brought someone in and they sold the vehicle to them. Tried calling And emailing the salesman and no response.

Rodney in Service Department is a lifesaver!

I live in Alabama and was visiting family over Christmas. Used the remote start in my 2018 Odyssey (that worked great!), but then noticed the display said all 4 tires were low on pressure. It was super cold and temps were around 7 degrees at the time. Being a widow and in a strange city I panicked. Used my GPS to locate your business and headed that way. It was 7 AM, and as I pulled up to the express service area I was waved in. Pulled forward and there was Rodney waiting to assist. Told me not to worry, he would take care of things. After adding air to all 4 tires, I was on my way in about 5 minutes. He was SO courteous and helpful, told me to have a safe trip and wished me well.
