My Son needed an oil change on his new Honda Civic and
My Son needed an oil change on his new Honda Civic and being new to the area I told him to try Victory Honda. What a mistake! His first oil change for his new car was supposed to be free. Since it had 5200 miles (we change the oil in all our new Honda's at 5,000 miles for their first oil change) he was told he would be charged since the oil light did not come on, and he did not buy the car from them. Well let me tell you that you did not lose the service on one Honda, you just lost the service business on 3 (this also includes future trade-ins and sales). In my opinion, taking advantage of a 19-year-old is a despicable business model. I am not sure about the history of Victory, but in Northwest Indiana honesty and integrity goes a long way. Victory, you have failed miserably!

Very wonderful experience. Helpful friendly staff, knowledgeable. Awesome staff, I had an issue with my recently purchased crv and the service manager and his team were the best! I will definitely be buying more vehicles from them in the future. Sales team, service dept, I have nothing negative to say about this dealership.
