With a credit score of 745 they ran my report with 6 lenders including jp Morgan and this company will never even look at an application any further if a vehicle is over 7 years old and over 120,000 miles...as a dealership that deals with certain lenders its not possible that Gurley Leep wasn't aware of this policy. Then they tried Santander to finance me same thing..vehicle age/mileage were the issue. Who WOULD HAVE FINANCED ME FOR A NEW LESS MILEAGE VEHICLE!!(mind you..I didn't find out all if this until after I was told the only place that would finance me was Credit Acceptance.who have a class action lawsuit right now for the exact issues I'm having with this dealership and finance company.BUT it doesn't end there..so I wasn't told that at least 2 put of the 6 lenders would finance me for a better less mileage vehicle..the salesman came out after supposedly all of the lenders had denied but 1 and gave no information about who it was or the terms it was contracted for..just told me I'd need 750 down and the payment would be 340 a month..but it was 5:30 and he said everyone had gone home and I'd have to come back the day which i did. I showed up with all of my required documentation accept my bank statement but I ended up getting that ..I thought ok..this is where I find out if I want to go ahead with the purchase or not. I assumed I would be told all of the information about the financing terms prior to any contract being written up. I was wrong!!...I was there for 3 1/2 4 hours just sitting waiting to meet with the finance guy to get the details..which..I thought the salesman would go through the details and only after I made a decision wether I accepted the terms would a contract be printed...nope..I was taken into.the finance department and they slapped the financial contract with electronically typed signatures of mine(meaning they picked out a cursive font and put a computer imaged of a signature that was not mine..as well in the boxed requiring initials..typed print of my initials..clearly not anyone's handwriting..I never signed anything allowing them to print a signature that they generated themselves never mind the fact that they acted as if I accepted the terms when I hadn't even been told what those were....they told me that in order to be financed I had to spend 1,999 on extended warranty and another 975 for GAP insurance. Which.i have through my insurance company already. So in this contract they said the price of the vehicle was 8,200..ok that's right...and the total cost of the laon would be 11,000 and some change...so I thought ok..I know it a high mileage car (156,211 is what was listed on the website on 8/29/23 when I first inquired about 2010 Toyota camry and when i checked the finance agreement on 9/2/23 the mileage was 156,290) where did all of the miles come from? The car was supposedly still in the service center not finished with the reconditioning they charged me for without even showing me any proof that anything had been done ...the car was filthy and in the door jamms and the seal around the trunk was thick oily substance and tons of leaves n dirt...anyways...back to financing..so I'm under the impression it's costing me a little over 11,000 ...not great but ok I guess looking at the blue book..well...wasn't I surprised to find out when I got home...I was not in fact paying the little over 11,000...but a nauseating almost 20,000 dollars. So I started investigating and asking for proof of all of these charges they listed...i called every creditor for the reason and results of my credit inquiries and asked for itemized lists and dates of the items i was charged for..still have not received requested documents. Now i have sent my information to the consumer protection agency and the federal trade commission as well as the attorney general..they are reviewing everything now.

Only interested in selling services you don't need
My first and last experience with this dealership. We relocated a few months ago and this was the closest dealership. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked for some help as I was having problems pairing my new iPhone. Put the phone note on my workorder and completely ignored it and my verbal request. Told me I needed a transmission service ( showed them papers that I had it done 10,000 miles ago) also said I was "overdue" for a front end alignment as it should be done every year. I have driven Hondas for 20 years and have never needed an alignment. My truck doesn't pull or drift and I have normal tire wear. I have been contacted twice asking me when I would want to get this service done. I have unsubscribed to their emails and that only started them calling me. I don't need to go in for basic maintenance and have a dealer try to upsell me on expensive services I don't need and totally ignore what I asked for help on (went online to honda forum and figured it out myself). I won't go to a dealer I don't trust and sure don't trust this one. How many people have they ripped off just on the alignment thing who really don't need it? Stay away. I sure miss the dealer I went to before moving.
