Bought a van here after explaining to sales guy that I needed a car for work right away or I would be out of a job. He must have seen the panic in my eyes. Sold me a car that shakes uncontrollably upon acceleration but of course didn't do that till a day after the papers were signed. During the test drive I noticed a shake, mentioned it to him, and he drove with me after turning the radio up and talking without taking a breath the entire time( I can only assume now that he was covering whatever sound the car was making) and then said he didn't notice anything, OR IF THERE WAS SOMETHING, IT WASNT A BIG DEAL.
The car was/IS filthy with vomit or something equally chunky dried on one of the seats. I was told that the car would be detailed but no appointment was set so I'm still driving a vomit wagon.
Asked for a digital copy of temporary proof of registration so I could forward it to my employer and was told THEY HAD NO LEGAL OBLIGATION TO DO SO.Then he said the papers were 30 miles away. A PROBLEM A PHONE CALL COULD HAVE SOLVED.
Then he said I had another vehicle even if I didn't LIKE IT AND I COULD STILL WORK IN IT. **THE CAR DOES NOT RUN WHICH IS WHY I WAS THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.**
The cost of the tag was supposed to be INCLUDED and now he's telling me that I have to pay for it.
How these people sleep at night is beyond me.

My sister and I were traveling from Southern Indiana to Toledo Ohio on a Friday afternoon around 4 p.m. The check engine light came on in my 2010 Crosstour. Then it started cutting out. We noticed the Tom Wood Honda sign and pulled in for help. That is when we met Brandon Dalbey, Service Advisor. He had the car pulled in and scanned. The diagnosis indicated a cylinder misfire. Brandon checked and this was covered under our warranty. He recommended that we have the 100,000 miles service done while they had it apart. He was a courteous and considerate employee who went the extra mile. He found us a loaner to let us continue our trip. He called twice a day to keep me informed on their progress. And when we picked the car up, they had changed the oil and washed the car. It was a great service experience from your crew and Brandon.
