I scheduled a transmission fluid change for 10:30 a.m. and made the appointment by phone, clearly explaining the service needed and that a family member would be dropping off the car. When my family member arrived, he was told the service would take about 1.5 hours. At 2:30 p.m., I received a call asking why I missed my appointment, despite my car being there since 10:30 a.m. The dealership later admitted they forgot to check my car in and apologized, stating they had overbooked appointments by 50 cars. To make matters worse, after picking up my car, I discovered the underbody panel had not been reinstalled correctly and was dragging while driving. This was the only service I brought the car in for. Very disappointing experience due to poor communication, scheduling issues, and careless workmanship
