Watch out, if you are buying a new car from them

Bought a top-of-the-line 2022 Honda Odyssey last Saturday, 6/12. Left dealership at 11 AM, only to be stranded on a busy highway 65 miles and an hour and a half later. The transmission on the car failed, which is not the dealer's fault. However, what happened next is why I am writing this review. When I called the dealership and talked to my sales person, I was told to go to the nearest Honda dealership while they figure out if they can swap the vehicle for me. 1 hour later, the story changed to that we do not have a white Odyssey Elite anymore, even though that morning they had two on the lot. Apparently they sold both within 2 hours of me leaving the dealership, which was a lie. I was offered a possibility of switching to a different color option, which at this point I agreed to. My sales person asked me to wait for his call as he has to get things approved with his manager. I waited another hour, and then called back. At this point my sales person told me there was nothing they could do. He re-confirmed that the other white Odyssey was sold. Long story short, I left the car at the dealership it broke down close to with hopes of Honda stepping in to fix it at this point. I made it back to my home-state that Saturday night and checked Muller Honda's inventory Sunday. It showed they still had the second White Odyssey Elite. My wife called the dealership Monday morning, and they were ready to take a deposit over the phone confirming the car was still available. SAD! This dealership will not help you in any way as soon as you drive off their lot. I understand they legally have no obligation, but they could have done the right thing for their customer after making close to $4K on this deal. AT LEAST, THEY COULD HAVE BEEN HONEST. It would have been less of a disappointment if they simply turned around and said we can't help you even though we have a second car sitting on the lot. BEWARE, if you are buying a new car from them.

The worst experience ever. When we showed him the quote that had been provided on the Internet (because the online quotation was low, he might not make a profit), he began to use various excuses to say that we were not qualified or force the price to increase, the main purpose was not to sell it to us. The attitude and service are extremely poor. We highly do not recommend you to come to this place.
