Great customer service. Made an appointment & I waited for my car. The waiting room is comfortable . I waited about an hour 30. Not bad!

I have always had a great experience getting a car at Honda on Grand. Danny was very responsive and had all my paperwork ready for me when I arrived at the dealer. This is my 4th or 5th car I have gotten from them and it gets easier every time!

I prefer communicating by email, and Luis has always been patient, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. It makes the whole process smoother and much less stressful. If anyone in the area is considering a Honda, I highly recommend giving Honda On Grand—and especially Luis—a try. Our experience with them has been outstanding.
