They suck.
They suck. Was interested in a used car they had for sale. I live about an hour and a half away, so I wanted to pre-qualify it. They told me they did not have a inspection checklist. But told me I could look at the auto check (which told it had been in accidents, license renewals, passed emissions tests and been sold but really nothing else- ran a carfax my self and same thing). I asked and they told me I could take it to a mechanic to have it checked out before purchase as long as he was nearby the dealership. They told me this several times. When I got there they said their policy had changed and I could NOT take it to a nearby mechanic (which I had arranged) to have it checked out. But they wanted me to buy it just the same. Given they'd lied to me to get me in the door I said not even worth looking at. Not trustworthy and wasted my time (3 hours round trip!), scammed me just to get me in the door. Does that lame xxx xxxx even work on people? And they are an actual Honda dealership!

Getting basic information from this dealership was like
Getting basic information from this dealership was like pulling teeth. After multiple transfers and a manager who sent me to voicemail, I finally got OTD numbers — only to learn they were for a loaner car I couldn’t even buy. Other dealerships were transparent and quick, but here it felt like nothing but games. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
