Ryu filled in for my regular service advisor who was on a
Ryu filled in for my regular service advisor who was on a scheduled day off. It was for second diagnostics on intermittent brake problems. He had the unfortunate task of giving me the bad news of the repair estimate. I thanked him and picked up the car since I was not about to commit to the repairs at that time. I am currently working with my regular advisor in getting repairs done. Ryu was very good at communicating the cost estimate of repair in a calm and professional manner. While I was not happy with the estimate itself, I did appreciate Ryu’s professionalism and candor.
