I had a mixed experience at Grainger Honda. The customer service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable, which I appreciated. However, the technician failed to calibrate my tires during my service appointment. The very next day, my dashboard alerted me that my tire pressure was low and needed calibration—something that should have been completed during my visit. I had to leave work early and spend an extra hour of my day driving back to the dealership to have the service finished. I asked if replacing the $25 air filter could be done as a goodwill gesture to make up for the lost time and income caused by their mistake, and that request was denied. When a dealership makes an error that costs a customer time and money, I expect some effort to make it right. Very disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience with Grainger Honda in Savannah, GA involving misleading vehicle listings. A 2020 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack was advertised in ways inconsistent with third-party verified details — notably, trim specification, feature sets, and fair market pricing. I’m filing this to alert others and potentially encourage better transparency from the dealership. Resolution is less important to me than accountability and preventing future customers from being misled.

Grainger Honda has the worse service department I’ve ever
Grainger Honda has the worse service department I’ve ever seen. They tried to sell me over $3k of services that I went to a reputable company and had fixed for $300.00. Then when I confronted them about it, I find out that the service advisors are paid commission. That invites deception. I would never trust them to have my vehicle out of my sight or touch it again period. I also had the oil changed (supposedly). A few weeks later I checked the oil myself and it was dry. So long Grainger! I’m glad I found someone I can actually trust. I’m an older lady living on social security and can’t afford being taken advantage of by money hungry people. Be very careful if you choose to let them work on your vehicle. I certainly won’t. The service advisor’s attitude changed drastically after I told her no to the 3k work she claimed needed to be done. It was like “I’m done with you”. Well, yeah, that would’ve made her day to score a 3k repair on her paycheck. Goodbye Grainger!!
