Everyone we worked with at Shottenkirk made this a great experience. They paid attention to details. Communication was great. My 2023 Toyota Crown was totaled 3 weeks before so Gordon even delivered the car to us in Marietta. Emily left a card in the car wishing me a quick recovery. And the 2024 Toyota Crown that I bought is exactly what I wanted at the best price anywhere. Both my husband and I would shop there again. I’m from Iowa and several in my family have bought cars at Shottenkirk in Fort Madison, IA so it’s nice to see that Shottenkirk in Rome, GA has that same excellent reputation.
