When we arrived we were welcomed.
When we arrived we were welcomed. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. Our sales person Chris Hurd went above our expectations.

Louis (sales) did an excellent job but not too thrilled
Louis (sales) did an excellent job but not too thrilled about finance guy. wasted our time just waiting (No he was not busy). Did not greeted us, very bad attitude, no sense of customer service. I was about walk off without buying car but since we already spend 4+ hours I kept my calm. But someone really need to look into this before start losing customers.
