I visited the Gwinnett Palace Honda service for my routine car service. I am completely satisfied with the service. I suggest to provide bottle of waters in the waiting room. Otherwise waiting room facilities are good enough.

My experience was okay.
My experience was okay. The car looked great upon its return, but they failed to replace the rear bumper appliqu�, bumped my mirror so that I can no longer adjust it, and left my driver?s mat very slick (with grease, perhaps). I am not happy about having to take my car in again due to problems they caused.
