The overall experience was okay but could've been better.
The overall experience was okay but could've been better. When we walked in the door, the gentleman sitting at his desk to our right did not greet us or ask us if we needed any help (he didn't have a customer with him or appeared to be busy). There were other employees who walked by us and didnt say anything either as we were looking for our salesperson Chris. It really didnt feel like a welcoming experience. Our salesperson Chris was okay throughout the entire process until we completed the sale and got into the car. It was raining the day we came up to the dealership but Chris promised me that he would have the car detailed. I could not tell that the back window had alot of smear marks on it while I was driving due to the rain, but when we got pass the rain I was able to see all the smear marks on the back window and I had to clean them myself when I arrived home (the entire inside and outside rear window). Although I am enjoying my new car, I am very disappointed with my experience as I believe it could have been better. It is probably unlikely that I will purchase another vehicle from this dealership again and I will not recommend anyone to buy from here either.

Marie was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Marie was very helpful and knowledgeable. She created a video for the car that we were interested in (we live 75 miles away and were looking at several dealerships that were much closer to our home). Based on her video we traveled to Columbus and test drove the car. The car was ready to go when we arrived. We purchased the car and feel that we got a great deal.
